| What is LCU? |
LCU Stands for Loyalty, Courage, and Unity.
Originally created as a Microsoft® XBOX 360® LiveTM Community founded by Travis Hall, LCU quickly grew to be one of the top online communities with over 5000 members.
The founder and president of LCU (LCU Triple H), later decided to expand LCU from being just an online gaming community into the retail sales business under the name LCU World Wide LLC.® under the premis that with over 5000 established members
he would be able to receive discounts on purchasing products from certain vendors which he would then be able to pass down to the customers purchasing the products, as many vendors base discounts given to resellers on how may hits a website
receives per month. LCU then became known as an acronym for "Lots of Cash for me and U" since the selling of products provided LCU with reveune which could be used to supply its online gaming commuity members certain services and prizes, while also
saving the customers cash since they would be purchasing products at a discount.
At first, LCU World Wide LLC.® operated solely on eBay®. After a few months, LCU World Wide LLC.® president and founder, Travis Hall, consulted with his close friend (gamer tag: LCU NMBR 1) to purchase and build a
website to allow retail sales to everyone in the United States and also provide a place for all the members of LCU gaming community to come together and communicate with each other,
while allowing others that are not members the opporotunity to join and/or see
what LCU is all about. This would also help increase the number of members and
thus further increase the discount received from various vendors in purchasing
products to sell.

LCU World Wide® is based in
Southfield, MI
We are also currently looking for locations in other Michigan Cities where we can open up a retail store location as well as host tournaments.

What are the membership types? |
There are currently 4 membership types:
- FREE
- BRONZE
- GOLD
- PLATINUM
All Membership types have full access to all the areas of this website. The differences in membership types is the discount percentage received in the LCU Store.
At this time, the percentage discounts for each membership are as follows.

| How do I get a membership that is other than FREE? |
Currently, memberships other than FREE types will be given to LCU Gaming
Community Members based on merit as this membership system is still being tested. Once memberships are available to the public, we plan on offering them at the prices listed below.

Once memberships become available, users will be able to purchase, renew, or upgrade their membership. Downgrades from one type of account to another will not be allowed.
If an upgrade or renewal is done before the existing membership has expired, the purchase price will be prorated based on the current prices for the current and new membership.
NOTE: There will be a $5.00 minimum purchase for any upgrade or renewal.

| What are the membership term lengths? |
At this time, memberships will expire after a certain amount of time deemed by merit of the LCU Gaming Community Member.
Once membership purchases go public, all memberships with the exception of the FREE membership expire 1 year after the date of purchase, Upgrade, or renewal.
Once your membership expires, it will be automatically converted to a FREE Account which will not expire.

| How do I view/change my membership type? |
If you would like to view your membership type that you currently have, you may do so my looking in your user account profile.
To get to your User Account Profile, you must first be a registered member and signed in. Once signed in, click on your User Name located in the "Information" bar which will take you to your profile page.
Click on the "Account Managment" tab to show/edit your account information (email address, Membership type and expiration, etc..).
Once membership purchases become public, you may click on the link in your "Account Management" to renew/upgrade your membership.

What type of payments do you accept?

At this time we accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Discover,
MasterCard, Visa and PayPal (as shown as check-out options in your shopping cart).

How long does it take to receive my order?
|
Currently we ship our products using USPS Priority mail and also include delivery
confirmation. Once your order is placed, it takes 2 business days to ship your
order. If your order is placed after 5pm EST, then your order will ship on the
3rd bisuness day. Below is a table that will show the approximate shipping dates
based on when the order was placed. If a major holiday falls on a weekday, then
that weekday is not considered to be a business day.

The actual delivery times for your order will vary from 1 - 3 business days depending on your geographic location (USPS states that priority mail will be delivered within 3 business days).

| Is my payment information secure? |
We do not store any of your payment information that is not needed to ship your order and protect against fraud.
This means that we do not store any credit card numbers or other sensitive information or PayPal information. All Payment information is stored securly on our payment processor's servers (i.e. PayPal)
At most, the only purchase information that we store is the method of payment (credit card or PayPal) and the address where to ship your purchse. We also store the user's IP address used to make the purchased to assist in fraud protection and prevent account sharing.

| Can I view my purchase/order history? |
At this time, you will only receive an email from our payment processor on the status of your order and the items that were purchased. We are currently working to allow you to check your order status online at our site.
However if you would like to contact us about that status of your order, please feel free to contact us at Orders@LCUWorldWide.com
Once the status of your order can be viewed online at our site, it will be updated automatically in real-time.
